Role Description: QAT is hiring Mid-Level Full Stack Developers to join our team in Dubai.
We’re not looking for developers who only write code manually.
We’re looking for engineers who know how to work in the new AI-native development environment — using AI agents, coding copilots, automation, modern frameworks, and rapid delivery workflows to build better products faster.

How We Work
At QAT, developers are expected to use AI as part of their everyday engineering workflow.
You should be comfortable working with tools and approaches such as:
* Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI coding agents
* Agent-assisted development and debugging
* AI-driven code generation and refactoring
* Rapid prototyping and MVP development
* Automated testing and documentation
* API and system integration
* Modern CI/CD and deployment workflows
* Using AI to investigate bugs, understand codebases, and accelerate delivery
We care less about how many lines of code you write.
We care about how effectively you can design, build, validate, and ship working solutions.
What You’ll Build
You’ll work on real digital products, enterprise systems, integrations, automation platforms, and new technology initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Building modern web applications and internal platforms
* Designing frontend and backend architecture
* Creating APIs and integrating external systems
* Working with databases and cloud services
* Using AI agents to accelerate development and improve code quality
* Turning business requirements into working prototypes quickly
* Improving and modernizing existing systems
* Reviewing AI-generated code and ensuring production quality
* Building automated tests and deployment pipelines
* Taking ownership from idea → development → deployment
What We’re Looking For
You should have strong fundamentals in software engineering and be comfortable using modern tools to move faster.
Ideally, you have experience with:
* React / Next.js / TypeScript
* Node.js, Python, .NET, PHP/Laravel, or similar backend technologies
* REST APIs and third-party integrations
* SQL and/or NoSQL databases
* Git and modern development workflows
* Docker and containerized environments
* Cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
* CI/CD pipelines
* AI APIs, LLMs, or AI-agent integrations
