We are seeking a highly skilled Backend / Platform / DevOps Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable systems infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in backend development, cloud platforms, DevOps practices, system architecture, and automation. This role is responsible for ensuring the performance, availability, and scalability of applications and services while supporting continuous integration and deployment processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and system integrations.
* Build and manage scalable cloud-based infrastructure and platform services.
* Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software deployment and delivery.
* Monitor system performance, availability, and security across development and production environments.
* Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and operational processes.
* Optimize application performance, reliability, and resource utilization.
* Manage containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
* Implement security best practices, access controls, backup strategies, and disaster recovery procedures.
* Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, networking, and application-related issues.
* Collaborate with frontend, mobile, AI, and product teams to support development and deployment requirements.
* Maintain technical documentation for systems, infrastructure, and operational procedures.
* Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and architectural improvements.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Proven experience in backend development and systems engineering.
* Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
* Experience with Linux server administration and system troubleshooting.
* Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages such as Node.js, Python, Go, Java, or similar.
* Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
* Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and automation frameworks.
* Strong understanding of networking, security, and infrastructure management principles.
