We are looking for an AI Full Stack Engineer to join a new digital engineering initiative supporting an enterprise asset management and analytics platform for a global organisation in the energy and industrial sector.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team to build modern full stack applications and AI-enabled capabilities, leveraging AI throughout the software development lifecycle to accelerate development and solve complex engineering problems.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable full stack applications across frontend, backend, database and infrastructure layers.
- Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate development, troubleshooting, testing and code optimisation.
- Apply software engineering best practices across the solution lifecycle, including CI/CD, application architecture, API integration, database design and cloud infrastructure.
- Contribute to the development and integration of AI-enabled capabilities, including AI agents and intelligent automation.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, AI specialists and other technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions in a modern cloud environment.

Requirements
- Experience with at least one major UI framework, such as React, Angular or equivalent.
- Strong experience with at least one backend programming language, such as .NET/C#, Java, Python, Node.js or equivalent.
- Good understanding of software engineering best practices across frontend, backend, databases, infrastructure and CI/CD.
- Proficiency using AI coding tools as part of the software development process.
- Strong problem-solving and learning ability, with the capability to leverage AI and modern engineering practices to work across different technologies.

Nice to have
- Experience with spec-driven development methodologies or tools such as SpecKit or BMAD.
- Experience creating, integrating and troubleshooting AI agents.
- Familiarity with AI services offered by AWS, Azure or GCP.
