Question 1

What is Talents-OS?

Accepted Answer

Talents-OS is a bilingual (Arabic and English) AI-powered tech-hiring platform for the Arab world (the Middle East, the Gulf, the Levant and the Maghreb). It serves software developers, UI/UX designers, cybersecurity specialists and AI/ML engineers, verifying their real skills with evidence so companies hire by proof instead of résumé claims.

Question 2

Which specializations does Talents-OS support?

Accepted Answer

Multiple tech tracks — software development, UI/UX and product design, cybersecurity, and AI/ML and data. The skill tests, practical projects, the AI interview and the TalentOS Score all adapt to the candidate's specialization, so a designer or security specialist is assessed fairly on their own domain, not on coding.

Question 3

How does Talents-OS verify a candidate's skills?

Accepted Answer

Through specialization-appropriate auto-graded skill tests, a practical project, an adaptive AI interview and a science-based work-style assessment — plus GitHub for developers or a portfolio for designers, security and AI talent — combined into a multi-dimensional TalentOS Score.

Question 4

Is Talents-OS free?

Accepted Answer

Yes — signing up is free for both developers and companies.

Question 5

How do companies hire on Talents-OS?

Accepted Answer

Companies use natural-language smart talent search with explainable AI candidate matching, AI-drafted job descriptions and a Recruiter Copilot to get a trustworthy, pre-vetted shortlist — hiring in days, not weeks.

Question 6

Which region does Talents-OS serve?

Accepted Answer

The Middle East and North Africa (MENA), Arabic-first with full English support.
