About the Role

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer – CRM Testing with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 and a solid Banking/BFSI domain background. The ideal candidate will independently manage CRM SIT testing, including functional, integration, regression, API, database, and end-to-end testing across CRM and banking applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional, regression, integration, SIT/UAT, UI, role-based, and end-to-end testing.
- Conduct hands-on testing of Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365, preferably on-premise.
- Test CRM modules including Customer 360, Sales & Prospect Management, Marketing, Customer Service, and Complaints & Service Requests.
- Perform API testing using Postman and validate REST API integrations.
- Prepare and execute detailed test cases covering positive and negative scenarios.
- Perform data migration and database validation testing using SQL.
- Manage defects using JIRA and ensure proper severity and priority classification.
- Conduct regression testing after defect fixes and system changes.
- Coordinate with developers, business analysts, project managers, and business stakeholders.
- Prepare test plans, execution reports, defect reports, dashboards, and testing status updates.
- Support testing across banking channels including core banking, internet banking, mobile banking, e-channels, cards, and payments.
- Ensure testing activities align with Agile, SDLC, STLC, and QA best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of total experience in QA/testing within banking, BFSI, or IT environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365; on-premise experience preferred.
- Strong banking / core banking domain knowledge.
- Experience in SIT, UAT, functional, integration, regression, web, and application testing.
- Hands-on API testing using Postman or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of SQL / database testing and data validation.
- Experience with JIRA or equivalent defect and test management tools.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, and QA processes.
- Selenium / automation testing experience is an advantage.

Education: BE/B.Tech, B.Sc. IT, or an equivalent degree with a specialization in information technology or a related field.
